NewSoftwareInStock.com (the “Site”) ships products via the United States Postal Service (“USPS). This Site offers shipment via USPS First Class.  Priority Mail and Express Mail delivery times are governed solely by USPS based on the delivery service selected by the customer. 

The goal of NewSoftwareInStock.com is to deliver an order to the USPS by 5:00PM EST as follows:

Orders received before 3:00 PM Monday through Friday: the same day.

Orders received after 3:00 PM Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday: before 3:00 PM the next Monday.

RETURNS

All of our products are shipped in a shrink wrapped package.

Returns for unopened products will be accepted for return within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs ofthe return.  The refunded amount will only be the cost of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the product is opened the customer will only receive a replacement for a defective product.
